NOTICE OF RECOMMENDED INCREASE OF WATER FEES FOR WHITE CITY WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO REFLECT COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENTS AND SETTING OF PUBLIC HEARING.
